The Manager – Marketing Operations will own and drive the strategic execution of all marketing initiatives at Space42, spearheading marketing operations, streamlining processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory. Reporting to Senior Vice President – Marketing, you will play an essential role in aligning our marketing strategies with our overall business objectives, leading our mission to foster innovation and broaden our international presence. Success will entail strong leadership, adaptability, and making a quantifiable difference to our capabilities in space-tech while staying at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the SVP - Marketing to align marketing strategies and initiatives with overall business goals and revenue targets.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing operations strategy that drives growth and supports the company’s long-term vision.
  • Optimize marketing workflows and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness, implementing best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business development teams, overseeing demand generation, campaign execution, lead routing, and data integration processes, and managing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to improve campaign performance and decision-making.
  • Develop regular reports and interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring performance visibility across all aspects of operations and providing actionable insights to leadership to optimize planning and execution.
  • Maximize marketing efficiency by leading the implementation and management of marketing technology solutions, including automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring smart allocation of resources and investments, monitoring spends, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations, data privacy standards, and company policies, maintaining strong data privacy and security measures at all times.
  • Encourage collaboration between Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Risk & Compliance, Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives across the board.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, nurturing their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, including demand generation, lead management, and process optimization in the high-tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM systems, automation tools, analytics software).
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, capable of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong understanding of AI and space technology concepts.
  • Proven experience with SEO and digital content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience with AI-driven content tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Familiarity with geospatial data and analytics is desirable.
