ROLE PURPOSE

The Specialist – Total Rewards & People Analytics will play a critical role in shaping Space42’s employee value proposition by developing and implementing a holistic total rewards program that provides strategic direction on employee compensation, rewards & recognition, and benefits. Reporting to the Vice President – Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness, you will enable key data-driven insights, support organizational design reviews and operationalize performance management aligning with overall Human Capital objectives. Your success in the role will be adopting global best practices and promoting a data-centric approach to Total Rewards and Human Capital Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards program, optimizing compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Monitor and adjust Space42’s salary structure and benefits provision, ensuring internal equity and maintaining a competitive position within the market.
  • Analyze and interpret statistical data, reports, and trends to make informed recommendations that align Space42’s pay, benefits, policies, and practices with evolving market standards.
  • Manage Total Rewards and People Analytics projects, such as salary benchmarking, role mapping, job evaluation, post-merger alignment of Compensation & Benefits, and data analytics initiatives.
  • Oversee the submission of salary surveys to relevant consulting firms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct routine audits to verify compliance with company policies and UAE labor law. Perform regular job evaluations to maintain internal equity and foster a transparent, fair culture.
  • Implement and operationalize performance management to support an engaged, high-performing workforce.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and VP Total Rewards to refine performance review processes, driving alignment with Space42’s strategic goals.
  • Manage the benefits package, from vendor selection to employee communications, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Support workforce planning by partnering with finance and HR operations to ensure manpower costing accuracy and alignment with Space42’s strategic objectives.
  • Conduct organizational design reviews, analysis, insights and audits to ensure roles, structures, and processes remain optimized for scalability and operational efficiency in a post-merger environment.
  • Support scalable, efficient, and automated processes for comprehensive data analysis, empowering HRBPs and leaders with new age data tools.
  • Ensure high standards for data quality and operational excellence by gathering and managing large datasets from multiple sources, including necessary data transformation and cleaning.
  • Lead the development of data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics, providing valuable people trends and insights to guide decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Human Resources Certification Professional (HRCP) is considered a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards mainly. Additional experience of 2 to 3 years in people analytics.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits design, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, HRIS systems, and the application of predictive analytics.
  • Experience with organizational design and performance management frameworks. Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • An MBA or advanced degree would be a plus.
  • Experience with M&As is desirable.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, building productive relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills
