ROLE PURPOSE

 

As a Senior Analyst - Digital Communications, you will drive Space42’s digital communications & engagement strategy, measurably enhancing brand visibility, fostering deep stakeholder engagement, and delivering compelling, innovative campaigns across all media platforms. Reporting to the VP - Communications, you will ensure that all digital touchpoints, corporate websites, social media channels, and campaign platforms optimally reflect the company’s positioning as a global leader in AI-powered satellite communications, geospatial analytics, and space technology.

 

Your role requires a strong understanding of UAE government relations and extensive experience in managing digital campaigns for technology-driven, B2B, or B2G sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Space42’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and all other relevant platforms.
  • Develop engaging, thought-leadership-driven content that highlights Space42’s projects, partnerships, and industry impact.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring they align with company objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Proactively refine Space42’s social media strategy, closely monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage and update the Space42 corporate website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, current, and aligned with the company’s overall messaging strategy.
  • Optimize the website’s structure and content for search engine performance (SEO), working with external agencies to implement website enhancements and new features.
  • Develop and execute email communications strategies, including newsletters, stakeholder updates, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Segment and personalize email campaigns to enhance engagement and maximize impact.
  • Track email performance and apply insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Track and analyze key digital communications metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates) to optimize performance.
  • Use AI-driven tools and analytics platforms to enhance audience segmentation and content delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on Space42’s digital presence, along with strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that Space42’s digital communications align with UAE government priorities and national strategies.
  • Support digital communications efforts for key government  and private initiatives, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations on digital communications and public sector engagement.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital communications, particularly within the space, AI, and geospatial analytics industries.
  • Identify and propose new technologies or digital tools to enhance Space42’s communications capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other team members in the marketing department to enhance Space42’s digital experiences in events and other initiatives.      

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital communications (including agency experience).
  • Prior experience managing B2B and B2G digital communications campaigns, especially in technology, aero-space, or government-related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of UAE government relations and digital engagement strategies for public sector entities.
  • §Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, performance analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and social media algorithms.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, digital marketing platforms, and content management systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with government entities, industry leaders, and international partners.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment where technology and business intersect.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
