ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Emiratization Manager to lead and optimize our Emiratization program. Reporting directly to the VP - Talent Acquisition with a matrix reporting line to the VP – Talent Engagement and Development, this strategic role plays a critical part in achieving our nationalization goals by developing and implementing initiatives to attract, recruit, retain, and develop top UAE National talent. You will work closely with government entities, the Human Resources team, and senior leaders to ensure our Emiratization efforts align with the company's overall objectives and UAE government regulations.

• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of the company's Emiratization strategy, aligned with government regulations and the company's business needs.
• Partner with business unit leaders and the HC team to identify and create career opportunities for UAE Nationals across the organization
• Develop and manage a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top UAE National talent, including participation in career fairs, university partnerships, and collaboration with government agencies
• Manage the entire Space42’s first graduate program cohort, Accelerato
• Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new UAE National hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture
• Implement and manage training and development programs specifically designed for UAE National employees to support their career growth and progression within the company
• Monitor and track key Emiratization metrics, including recruitment, retention, and development goals
• Regularly report progress on Emiratization initiatives to senior management and government entities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities responsible for Emiratization programs, staying up to date on relevant regulations and policies
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the company, promoting Emirati talent and achievements.
• Identify and address any barriers that may hinder the recruitment, retention, or development of UAE National employees.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in Emiratization programs.
• Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of UAE government Emiratization regulations and policies (e.g., Tawteen program).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for Emiratization and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Skills and attributes for success

As a part of the HC team, you would be required to deliver to the KPIs as well as the SLAs to measure your individual performance as well as the health of the function. Key KPIs (non- exhaustive) could include Fill rate, Time to hire, Direct sourcing, offer to joining ratio, Candidate and Hiring manager satisfaction rates as well as delivery and management of the Accelerator Program at Space42.
